These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Menta platform and services operated by YOOAR MOBİL UYGULAMALARI ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at Bebek Mah. Küçük Bebek Cad. No:83, Beşiktaş/İstanbul, Turkey.
By accessing or using Menta (including mentatv.com and browse.mentatv.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Description of Services
Menta is a digital streaming platform that provides:
● Dementia-friendly therapeutic videos (nature, nostalgic, calming, memory support)
● Experts content (short Q&A videos from neurologists, psychologists, nutritionists and other professionals)
The platform is accessible via web and connected devices.
⚠️ Important Notice: Menta is a supportive tool only. It does not replace medical treatment or professional healthcare.
2. Eligibility & User Accounts
● Users must be 18 years or older to create an account.
● Accounts may be created by:
○ Caregivers, family members, or professionals on behalf of individuals with dementia.
○ Individuals with dementia, if able to use the platform independently.
● You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and any activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
● Menta offers a single subscription plan:
○ €29.99 per month (recurring monthly subscription).
● Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other licensed providers).
● By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
● No free trial is provided.
● All payments are subject to our Subscription & Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable Use & Restrictions
You agree not to:
● Record, copy, distribute, or publicly share any content from Menta.
● Use the service for commercial purposes, resale, or public performance.
● Circumvent or attempt to bypass security or access restrictions.
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on Menta (videos, images, audio, text, expert content, and AI-generated media) is owned or licensed by YOOAR MOBİL UYGULAMALARI ANONİM ŞİRKETİ.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view content solely for personal, non-commercial use.
6. Service Availability
● We strive to provide uninterrupted access but do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.
● Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events.
7. Limitation of Liability
● Menta provides therapeutic support content, not medical treatment.
● We are not responsible for medical decisions, health outcomes, or reliance on Menta content as professional healthcare.
● To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in subscription fees during the last three months.
8. Privacy & Data Protection

● In the European Union, processing of personal data is subject to GDPR and consumer rights directives.
● In Turkey, data processing is subject to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and consumer protection law.
9. Termination

● Fail to pay subscription fees.
You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with our Subscription & Refund Policy.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
● For users located in the European Union: These Terms are governed by EU consumer law and GDPR. Disputes will be handled under applicable EU jurisdiction.
● For users located in Turkey or elsewhere: These Terms are governed by Turkish law. Any disputes will be resolved in Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
11. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Material changes may be communicated directly to you via email or in-app notification.
